Roles and Responsibility：
1.Responsible for supporting the development of automotive powertrains, specializing in the integration and development of automatic transmissions for Internal Combustion Engines and Hybrid powertrains.
2.Responsible for function development and evaluation of transmission systems and components such as shift quality, NVH, drive ability, efficiency, performance, weight, etc.
3.Subjectively evaluate transmission attribute related problems and describe them.
4.Develop a recovery plans for possible transmission problems and its target verification requirement.
5.Coordination with other TM departments in order to execute attribute tasks.
6.Risk assessment of potential problems and its recovery solutions
7.Perform and support vehicle and test bench measurement tasks for attribute related tasks and evaluate results.
8. Familiar with the vehicle chassis and powertrain system, evaluate the vehicle issue and related system.
9. Experienced with speed sensor, torque meter, temperature sensor, pressure sensor integration and measurement acquisition.
10.Covering cross-functional issue resolution
11.Discuss and analyze technical problems and possible solutions with customers;
12.Responsible for technically liaising with suppliers, customers, or business partners for mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems or components
13.Support all sales activities technically
14.Responsible to contribute of technical competence through mutual teaching, technical support, and research activities
15.Supporting development of processes and tools within engineering department
16.Supporting technical strategy development of department
17.Other tasks that assigned by Superior
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above degree in automotive or mechanical engineering
2.At least three years working experience in the automotive industry
3.Have driving license and skillfully in driving.
4.Can communicate in English fluently.
5.Confident driving ability and knowledge of the subjective drive quality targets for various types of vehicle applications
6.Proficient in Microsoft Office
7.Experienced in using CAN and data acquisition measurement tools such IMC, National Instruments, Vector CANape, INCA.
