b)Order generation:
1)Managing all kinds of workflows regarding order processing
2)Input of contract data sheets in CRM/CAMOS system
3)Planning and organization of customer’s trial, machine inspection, training etc. according to sales data / contractual agreement

c)Sales monitoring:
1)Continuous tracking of quotation and order status with internal as well as external parties
2)Sales forecast in cooperation with sales managers
3)Close monitoring of production and delivery schedules in coordination with central order management office, commercial and project engineering department
4)All the transit schedule control until machine acceptance
5)Monitoring of sales order income margin until machine acceptance

d)Sales report preparation:
1)Weekly hot project list updating in coordination with sales managers
2)Sales analysis report updating with sales managers of KM group: all the running project lists of machines to be shipped to China and to be manufactured in China

e)Handling of customer inquiries:
1)processing of diverse questions and requirements via mails

2.Cash Flows
a)Contribution to operative cash flows in case of outstanding payments
b)Order income report (SAP created / booked)

3.Customer relation management
